Unnata® (which means "elevated" in Sanskrit) Aerial Yoga combines traditional yoga with the physical training of an aerial acrobat. Designed for those with no aerial experience, this practice uses a low-hanging soft fabric trapeze to support body weight for deep stretching, effortless inversions, deep core strengthening, and FUN.
