How to sign up

To sign up for classes, select the number of series you are signing up for, then "add to cart." For example, if you are signing up for Aerial Yoga on Saturdays and Aerial Silks on Wednesdays, then select "Aerial Yoga Fundamentals - 2 series" and "Aerial Silks - 2 series". This will apply the multiple class discount to your total for each class. You must add each class to your cart.

If a class is sold out, you will not be able to complete the check-out process. Email hang@aerialfit.com to get on the waitlist, or for any other inquiries.

Be sure to check the series start date for your classes. To sign up for classes in upcoming months not yet posted, email us to inquire.

Beginners are welcome at all classes except Choreography and Level 2 classes.
All classes run between 60 and 75 minutes.

Pricing depends on how many times per week you would like to come, as follows.

One series, 1x/week: $80 for 4 weeks
Two series, 2x/week: $130 for 4 weeks (20% discount)
Three series, 3x/week: $180 for 4 weeks (25% discount)

Drop in one time: $25 (email hang@aerialfit.com to determine eligibility for one-time drop-ins.)

Aerial Yoga

beginner series

Beginners:

Curious about aerial yoga? Learn the basics at your own pace with the Aerial Yoga FUNdamentals, a 4-week intro series designed to familiarize students with the low-hanging fabric hammock.

Expect to smile and laugh, but emerge deeply restored. After this series you will feel comfortable dropping into any all-levels aerial yoga class. Everyone is welcome...no previous experience needed in yoga or aerials. Pre-registration is required.

Aerial Yoga FUNdamentals
Saturdays at 4:00PM

All Levels:

Have some experience or just need a different timeslot? Join our All Levels Aerial Yoga class on Sunday mornings at 10AM. This class moves at a faster pace than the intro series but all levels are acomodated and welcomed.

Class size is limited, with each student working on their own hammock the entire time. Pre-registration is required.

Silks & Slings - Aerial Fabric aerial silks and slings

Aerial Silks and Slings is a beautiful art-form that is very empowering. Slings are hung in a loop, while silks hang straight down all the way to the floor. These series will teach form, technique, postures, transitions, and sequences on the sling and silks. Expect to build upper body and core strength, hang around upside down, and have fun!

Beginners will spend more time in the sling and the knot, building strength and familiarity before progressing to more challenging wraps and moves.

Experienced students will learn more complex climbs, transitions, postures, and eventually rolls and drops on the aerial silks and/or the aerial sling.

Class size is limited. Pre-registration is required.

Trapeze & Aerial Hoop - Steel trapeze and aerial hoop series

Static Trapeze and Aerial Hoop are classic circus apparatuses that lend themselves to a variety of styles, moves, poses, and techniques. For beginners, we hang our apparatuses low until comfort is established with the apparatus. Expect to learn form, conditioning, poses, sequences, tricks, moves, spinning, and more on the aerial hoop and static trapeze. You will build upper body and core strength, hang around upside down, and have fun!

Class size is limited. Pre-registration is required.

Circus Sampler
aerial fit sampler series Curious about circus but don't know where to start? This series is designed to give anyone a taste of 4 aerial apparatuses used in circus and dance. It's a FUN way to get fit...here's what to expect:

Aerial Sling: Aerial Sling is a great way to begin your aerial training, as it will support your body weight as you learn various hangs and wraps. For those with more experience, more complex Aerial Sling wraps, climbs, mini-drops, and sequences will be introduced. This is a beautiful apparatus that is very versatile.

Aerial Silks: Learn basic footlocks, splits, and sequences on the aerial silks. Those with more experience will build into new types of climbs, wraps, transitions, and rolls. This is a beautiful art-form that is very demanding yet rewarding. Bring a sense of adventure!

Lyra (Aerial Hoop): Learn to pose, move, and spin in the aerial hoop. You will learn various ways to get on and off the apparatus, beats, postures, transitions, and conditioning exercises. The apparatuses will be hung at a comfortable height from the ground.

Static Trapeze: This trapeze does not swing! You will learn to move your body around underneath, above, and on top of it. Trapeze will be hung at a comfortable height from the ground (not too high!). Although the apparatuses may change from week to week, techniques learned each week will build on the previous. Class size is small with lots of "air time" and personal attention.

With two instructors, the classes will be divided according to level of experience. If you have any questions prior to signing up, email hang@aerialfit.com. Space is limited...advance reservations required!

Circus Sampler - All Levels
Sundays at 11:30AM

Open Workout open workout

Open Workout is a chance for current Aerial Fit students to practice what they have learned in a safe, supervised environment. New skills will not be taught during open workout, but instructors will answer questions and provide spotting as needed.

Pre-registration is required. Current Aerial Fit students only at this time. Please let us know which apparatus you would like hung for your workout. Email hang@aerialfit.com to register.

Open workout pricing: $10 1 workout, $30 4 workouts in 1 month.

Aerial Choreography - Creating an Act aerial choreography

Aerial Choreography is for experienced students only, and instructor permission is required prior to enrollment. In this class, you will learn how to create your own sequence out of skills that you've learned, how to add drama and character, and how to put it all together. Expect to be creative and spend a lot of time in the air. Students may work on the apparatus of their choice.

Class size is extremely limited. Instructor permission and pre-registration is required. Email hang@aerialfit.com to register.

Class Policies and Makeup Class Options

• Advance registration and pre-payment is required.

• If fewer than 3 students pre-register for any workshop or series, that workshop or series may be canceled and any registered students will be notified in advance and will receive full refunds.

• If you expect to miss a class in a series, please inquire at least 24 hours ahead about make-up options, including attending an open workout or another class, space permitting, that is level appropriate. Only one make-up class is permitted per 4-week series, and it must be used within one week of the end date of the series. Missed classes may not be prorated.

• Full refund will be offered if you cancel more than 2 weeks ahead of time. Class credit will be offered if you cancel more than 1 week ahead of time. Cancellations made within 3 days of the starting date will receive class credit only if their spot can be filled. Cancellations of less than that (including no-shows) will receive no refund.


About Jordan and Clayton:
Jordan and Clayton discovered the aerial arts "a bit later in life" (mid-late 30's). The body awareness they learned in yoga was invaluable in speeding their learning curve. They've studied and practiced with aerialists from across the US and beyond, and they now perform as Wonderson Duo for public, private, and corporate events of all sizes. They know what it feels like to be a beginner learning something challenging, and they enjoy helping others learn to do the impossible!
