Aerial Handles were developed for those students who wanted to train their grip strength at home, so their endurance would be better in class. Aerial Handles are made from recycled aerial fabric. They are designed to train grip strength in separate fabric holds as well as hand over hand holds. Recommended exercises include shrugs, pull-ups, leg lifts, hollow body hangs, and more.
