We’d love to hear from you, but before taking the time to write to us, look through our 5 most frequently asked questions to see if your question can be answered more quickly.
Yes, you can! Our instructors are some of the most experienced in the nation, and we work with all body types. The practice is designed to build upper body strength as you go. We absolutely love teaching beginners and getting them hooked on aerial, and we pride ourselves on making aerial accessible and helping you meet your goals. Just come prepared with an open mind and a sense of adventure.
This is a fun activity to do with friends, and we offer a few options depending on the size of your group. Visit this link to learn about setting up your own private class for a bachelorette outing, a birthday gift, or any special occasion.
We offer account credit as long as the reservation is canceled with at least 4 hours notice. In fairness to everyone including our instructors with very limited availability during this time, there are no refunds for cancellations made with less than 4 hours notice, although we will be happy to offer you credit towards our on-demand library of at-home workouts.
Our studio caters primarily to adults, ages 16 through 100. We will occasionally make an exception for a younger teen, so feel free to contact us. We do not offer instruction for kids under the age of 10.
COVID is so frustrating! We are very concerned about COVID and we are doing all we can to minimize the risk of transmission in our space. We are a community and everyone who comes to our space needs to be on board with the precautions and screenings. Click here to view our Safety Partnership Agreement which everyone must agree to before coming to the studio.
Because of COVID we have expanded our online offerings. We know these at home, ground based workouts work because our students who have been using them have maintained their strength and technique even through the shut-down. If you’re not ready to come to an in person session at this time, you can still work on your aerial strength and mobility at home. Visit this link to learn more.
