Years Teaching Aerial

From competitive gymnastics and collegiate dance, to degrees in exercise science and physical therapy, Lindsey has a strong background in human movement. When she discovered aerial silks in 2012, she quickly fell in love with the circus arts, venturing into acro balance and trapeze soon after.

Lindsey completed Aerial Fit’s Teacher Training Program and has been teaching at Aerial Fit since 2015. She loves inspiring others to find joy in moving their bodies and helping them work toward achieving their goals. Lindsey has also hosted several educational workshops for aerial students wanting a deeper understanding of anatomy, strength, flexibility, and injury prevention in circus arts.

As a member of Circus Building Entertainment Lindsey enjoys performing at local events, with particular focus on partner acrobatics and solo ambient movement on silks, static trapeze, or invented apparatuses. She also loves displaying what she’s been working on, and letting her personality shine, at in-house staff and student showcases.

Lindsey is a native Charlestonian, and lives in Mount Pleasant with her husband and their Labrador retriever. She owns her own dog-walking business, and enjoys baking vegan treats for friends and family in her free time.
