SERIES F.A.Q.

What if I don’t see a class I want to take or none of the times work for me?
Every season new classes will be available for sign-up. If you want something outside of or in addition to the series you can sign up for a private or semi-private lesson as usual. You are also encouraged to contact us to discuss more.

Can I drop-in for one class?
No, but we would love to help you set up a private or semi-private lesson.

I’m visiting from out of town. Can I drop-in for one class?
No, but we would love to help you set up a private lesson.

What happens if I unexpectedly miss a class? Can I schedule a make up class?
Make up policy: If you cancel your class in advance of our cancelation policy then we will try to schedule a makeup class for you. If none of the options work for you, then you will lose the class. We allow 1 make up class per month. These are the options that we can offer.

  1. An available spot in a similar series.
  2. A rig point rental (for students with pre-approval).
  3. Credit towards a future purchase.

If you cancel with less time than our cancelation policy then you will lose the class.

What happens if I know I can’t make all of the classes?
Proration policy: If you know in advance that you will have a conflict with one of the classes in the series then we will try to accommodate you. If none of the options work for you, then you will lose the value of the class. These are the options that we can offer.

  1. Before purchase, we can prorate the value of 1 class per month. You will need to contact us to arrange this in advance of a purchase.
  2. We can treat missed classes as make-ups. See make up policy.

What happens if the series already started? Can I join in the middle of the series?
We will try to accommodate you, but if none of the options work you may want to schedule at a different time. These are the options that we can offer.

  1. You can sign up to start at the beginning of the month. This requires admin permission.
  2. If space is available we can try to include you in some of our more drop-in friendly classes. Contact us to learn more.

What happens if not enough students signup?
Minimum Signups Policy: There are three options available to students if the minimum signups is not met.

  1. Series purchases can be converted to semi-private lessons.
  2. Students can apply their credit to a different or future series.
  3. Students can receive a refund on their purchase.
