The app we use for classes is developed and managed by our scheduling software Zen Planner. The good news is they are constantly making improvements and responding to feedback by fixing bugs. The bad news is that we have learned these changes can cause the app to open slowly or give error messages.
A simple solution:
Many of our students have found that deleting the app from their mobile device then re-installing the app usually clears up any issues. Even if you haven’t run an update, sometimes Zen Planner does behind the scenes updates. I know it can be a bit of a nuisance, but if you are having trouble with the app try these steps.
- Delete the app from your device.
- Go to your device’s app store and search for Zen Planner.
- Install the Zen Planner app.
Seems kinda silly, but it often works.
