Our new space is now open! We’ve been hard at work setting up the space and we hope you will love it as much as we do. Once everything is in the air, we’ll have 12 aerial yoga hammocks, 9 aerial silks, and a variety of slings, hoops, and trapezes to boot. Our new crash mats are nice and cushy, our new floors feel great under the feet, and we’re really enjoying the high ceilings.
We encourage beginners to start with any of the following classes, depending on your interest and schedule:
4-week Series for Beginners:
Aerial Yoga FUNdamentals (Mondays at 6pm)
Aerial Silks FUNdamentals (Mondays at 7:30pm, Thursdays at 7:00pm)
Aerial Hoop FUNdamentals (Thursdays at 5:30pm)
Beginner-friendly Drop-in Options:
Circus Sampler (Saturdays at 11am)
Aerial Yoga Decompress Express (Tuesdays at 4:30pm, Wednesdays at noon)
Aerial Yoga All Levels (Wednesdays at 6:00pn, Fridays at 10:00am, Saturdays at 9:30am)
Grounded Silks (Tuesdays at 7:00pm, Thursdays at 5:30pm)
Low Conditioning (Tuesdays at 5:30pm, Saturdays at 11:00am)
Continuing students will benefit from any of the drop-in classes, and for those with a regular practice of aerial silks, aerial hoop, or static trapeze, we highly recommend adding either aerial yoga, grounded silks, or low conditioning to build body balance, strength, and flexibility which will make all the tricks easier and help prevent overuse injuries.
