Get in the best shape of your life and have a blast doing it! Our 10 week Intro to Aerial Series is designed for complete beginners to get started with an aerial practice including aerial silks, sling, trapeze, and aerial hoop. No experience needed.
Date: 10 Tuesdays starting on 8/7/18
What to expect
You will be welcomed warmly to an exciting new adventure. Everyone in your class will be beginners and will progress together. There will be other classes going on in the space, so you can catch a glimpse of what more experienced students are learning.
What you will learn
The series will spend two weeks on each of the four main apparatuses, Aerial Sling, Aerial Silks, Static Trapeze and Aerial Hoop. The last two weeks will be used to review skills learned earlier in the series, and begin to sequence moves together. Each class builds progressively on information learned from the previous week and by the end of the series most students will be able to link a short sequence of poses.
This series meets on the same night of the week at the same time for 10 consecutive weeks. If you need to miss a class, we allow two make up sessions during the series that need to be used within one week of the end of the series. Just let us know in advance so we can schedule your makeup class.
