Aerial Rope is a classic apparatus that builds strength quickly. It shares some similarities with silks, but also contains a whole world of rope work that is very different. This mini-series is for anyone interested in learning the basics of rope…there are no strength prerequisites other than the desire to train hard. We’ll explore a variety of climbs, supports, skills, concepts, and short sequences that will get you started on your journey of Aerial Rope.
Level 1 or higher on any apparatus.
