I’m visiting from out of town. Can I drop-in for one class?
No, but we would love to help you set up a private lesson.
What happens if I unexpectedly miss a class? Can I schedule a make up class?
Make up policy: If you cancel your class in advance of our cancelation policy then we will try to schedule a makeup class for you. If none of the options work for you, then you will lose the class. We allow 1 make up class per month. These are the options that we can offer.
- An available spot in a similar series.
- A rig point rental (for students with pre-approval).
- Credit towards a future purchase.
If you cancel with less time than our cancelation policy then you will lose the class.
What happens if I know I can’t make all of the classes?
Proration policy: If you know in advance that you will have a conflict with one of the classes in the series then we will try to accommodate you. If none of the options work for you, then you will lose the value of the class. These are the options that we can offer.
- Before purchase, we can prorate the value of 1 class per month. You will need to contact us to arrange this in advance of a purchase.
- We can treat missed classes as make-ups. See make up policy.
What happens if the series already started? Can I join in the middle of the series?
We will try to accommodate you, but if none of the options work you may want to schedule at a different time. These are the options that we can offer.
- You can sign up to start at the beginning of the month. This requires admin permission.
