In this weekend intensive, you’ll experience how using the yoga hammock effectively can inform and inspire your ground practice. This weekend is appropriate for anyone steeped in a dedicated yoga practice, whether on the ground or in the air, and is specifically geared to yoga instructors and those wishing to deepen their own understanding of yoga. RYT’s can gain 9 hours of continuing education credit through YA.
Topics will include:
Spine, Breath and Bandhas:
Using gravity to enhance and strengthen the postural and breathing muscles.
Backbending with Ease:
Backbends should not hurt, and the aerial yoga hammock can inform effective backbend alignment in many ways. Whether you love or hate backbends this topic is for you.
